OUATT AUSTRALIA AGREEMENT FORM

To welcome all competitors of the OUATT qualifying tournament, we agree to put at disposal courts for the tournament for boys and girls who will qualify in the following categories. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 years of age.

- To manage the running of the matches, by a referee in charge of the event, who will make sure that the code of conduct shall be enforced. - To reserve a special space in order to display the posters and advertising panels of the tournament partners and sponsors, and to allow no similar partner or sponsor during the event. Current Club Sponsors or local businesses (subject to approval) permitted. - To display all promotional material and information provided by the OUATT Australia - To promote the event regionally and locally.

In return, the organisers OUATT Australia hereby agree: - To promote the event through the media, and through a mailing to the most important Clubs of the region, informing them of the date and place of the qualifying events. - To supply the Clubs with visuals and logos for posters. - To supply the tennis balls for the event. - To organize the National Final, which shall host all the winners, runners-up & wild cards of the qualifying events of all participating qualifying events.
